ABOUT

Isaac Johnson

Founder

Isaac moved to Eugene in 1990 and began exploring this beautiful area on bicycle soon after.  He's an avid mountain bike rider and trail explorer.  He also rides gravel and logging roads when needing a pedal or rural escape.  Supporting his local community and teaching a bike safety and maintenance

class at Willamette High School keeps him young at heart.  He's also a fantastic bicycle mechanic.

Julia holtzman

artist + event coordinator

Hi! I’m Julia, the fun-loving and creative type of the group. I bike every day and live the awesome lifestyle it creates.  I’m stoked to be Ding Ding Cycles’ artist, an event coordinator and entertainment specialist.  It’s inspiring to see our community become healthier and happier with each event and bicycle we bring to life.   See you out there and keep riding your bike!

Noah Haworth

The Intern

Noah is our bike mechanic in training and and local courier with big dreams.  He grew up knowing very little about bikes until he met us.  He's a quick learner and eager to know more of the finer details of bicycle maintenance.  He also loves doughnuts, pizza and bean and cheese burritos, in that order.  He's our "millennial expert" and teaches us the new ways. Go Noah!

Community Members and

volunteers

We call upon our peers for large events or occasional help around the shop.  Lucky for us, our friends have big hearts and are also fantastic bicycle mechanics.  They share our goal of helping and supporting our local community and assist the team in many ways.  They're the best, be nice to them.
